A&A Restoration was founded in 2003 after seeing how so many of the bigger franchises in the industry would get caught up in making money and not really worrying about people in their moments of crisis. A&A decided to do things differently: with just two initial team members working in the field and in the office, we built a family business and a legacy. Over the next 20 years, we gradually increased the number of employees, always focusing on families first.

Originally, A&A Restoration offered services to all of Montgomery County and Prince George’s County. However, when we won a contract that flooded the company with business, the owners decided that they did not want to grow too quickly and lose focus on our clients’ needs and the quality of our work. A&A opted to limit their services to just one small retirement community in Silver Spring, MD. That contract sustained A&A for the last 20 years, solidifying our reputation.

In March 2023, when A&A reached this milestone anniversary, the next generation stepped up to take on leadership roles within the company. This development prompted A&A to realize it is time to grow and take the business to the next level because now we have a new generation of families to serve in our communities. This next generation would like to be able to help everyone feel valued and heard while they’re stressing out about their homes being in complete disarray.

With new logos, new equipment, new training, new methods, and the same old work ethic and caring hearts, A&A is ready and eager to show everyone the services and professionalism we offer while easing people’s minds and restoring their homes or businesses.

A&A currently holds certifications in water damage mitigation, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, applied structural drying, carpet & upholstery repair and cleaning, and more. In addition to those services, we offer top-to-bottom, start-to-finish restoration and repairs to our clients without bringing in any subcontractors.
